Hallo, und willkommen auf meiner Webseite!

Ich bin Flötistin, Dudelsack-Spielerin und Sängerin und lebe derzeit im unterfränkischen Würzburg. Während eines Aufenthalts in Irland 2010/2011 wurde ich mit irischer und schottischer Folk-Musik sowie mit traditionellen Spieltechniken vertraut, die ich heute in meine verschiedenen, genreübergreifenden Musikprojekte einfließen lasse. Dort habe ich auch Tin und Low Whistles spielen gelernt, später kamen dann noch die Uilleann Pipes dazu. 2019 gründete ich die Band Ephemeral, für die ich unter anderem auch als Komponistin tätig bin.

Mittlerweile blicke ich auf langjährige Erfahrung als Live- und Studiomusikerin zurück, bin mit der Folk-Metal-Band Saor international auf Tour, stehe außerdem mit diversen (Celtic-)Folk-Ensembles auf der Bühne und gebe Unterricht und Workshops für Tin und Low Whistle.

Hello, and welcome to my website!

I am a folk musician, woodwind player, singer and songwriter currently based in Würzburg, Germany. During a stay in Ireland in 2010/2011  I learned to play tin and low whistles and got acquainted with Celtic folk music, which has been inspiring my musical work ever since. A little later I fell in love with the uilleann pipes and learned to play them too.

As a live and studio musician I have been contributing to various folk, metal and cross-genre projects throughout Europe and the UK. I am a live member of folk metal band Saor and founding member of atmospheric/prog folk project Ephemeral in which I play some of my own compositions. I am also teaching and offering workshops for tin and low whistle.
